  Disappointing. I saw a car on the website at 10am and called to see if it was still available and if I could come and view it. Yes it was available and an appointment was made for 10-12. I arrived at 11.30 to view the car and then waited 10 minutes for my 'appointed salesman' (even though there were lots of sales people walking backwards and forwards without customers). A nice guy came and sat down and showed me the car on the website. He asked if I had any questions - "yes, I'd like to view the car please". So he goes off to get the key, 10 minutes later comes back and tells me the car is not on site so we are going to have to drive 10 minutes away to get the car and test drive it back. At this point he didn't take my driving licence details so I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to drive the car back or if he was going to. Arriving at their service centre down the road I sat down again and waited whilst he tried to find the car. 50 minutes after I arrived he still couldn't find it. I had to leave by 12.30 having given myself an hour to look at the car. So I had to ask him to return me to the main showroom so I could collect my car and go home. I was really excited to see the car but after an hour waiting for it, maybe it just wasn't meant to be. I can understand with such a big company that having all cars accessible and on site might not be possible but having called to make an appointment to see it, I would have thought they would ensure the car was ready to view. Such a shame that what could have been a fun experience was such a disappointment.
